Hello My Friend, It's been a while since I made Hoppin' John with Lima Beans and Smoked Brisket on the side for you. I'm not cooking these days and have had a little time to sort through that pile of CD's from my old office in Saratoga. I'm happy to report that the Mercy Brothers CD was in that stack and once again I'm groovin' to your sound! I hope to get out seeing you in the coming year.

Hi Barrence.. I was recently introduced to the Mercy Brothers through a friend from Salem, Massachusetts who knows you personally. he gave me a copy of 'Strange Adventure' as a birthday gift. I am thoroughly impressed with this fine album. Those live recordings are just fantastic. Your lead guitarist on these cuts is the best player I have heard in ages, what a tone! I've got a lot of catching up to do on your music, so if you'll pardon me...

Finally! A great, great show with Wentus at Marianns saloon in Falun the 25th November. Absolutely fantastic. Especially the number when you ended up on the floor. Thanks Barrence. Such vocal energy has no one. And I�m supposed to watch Jerry Lee on Saturday ... I bet that old man can't beat Barrence.
